Upon your arrival
A welcome pack
is provided, consisting of bread, milk, cheese etc.
Further supplies are a 10 minute walk away, in our local
town of St. Aulaye, where you can find a well-stocked
supermarket, as well as butchers, bakers and a garage,
every Saturday is market day.
Available to both
properties
The large rear
garden is for the use of the two houses. It features an
outdoor table tennis table, and badminton
net. Rackets, bats and balls are provided. Although the
garden is shared, it is large enough to have your own
private area should you require as there are fruit trees
and vines dividing the garden. Some sun loungers, Patio
furniture and barbecues are
also provided.
The
garden is safe and sunny with some shaded areas and
catches the beautiful evening sunsets.
Linen is provided, although please provide your own
towels. There is use of a separate shared laundry room
with coin operated automatic washing machine. Linen is
provided for changing on the Saturday of each week. An
ironing board and iron are provided in the laundry room.
Gas and electricity are included. Heating at the
beginning and end of the season is by a wood burner in the kitchen of Maison Manaton and bottled gas
fires in Granary Cottage.
Satellite T.V. is provided in the lounge areas of each
property. A radio cassette and CD player are also
provided.
A selection of board and card games suitable for all
ages are available in both properties. There is also a
selection of books which may be borrowed during your
stay, as are some beach toys, buckets and spades etc.
A booking deposit of £100 (non-refundable) is required
with the completed booking forms. There is also a £100
damage deposit payable with the balance six weeks prior
to departure to cover breakages and damage. This is
refundable and should no damage occur, will be posted to
you after your holiday.
